Why Self-Investment Matters

If you ever struggle to love others like you love yourself, as Jesus commands, maybe it's because you don't love yourself very well.

Understand, if you're always putting yourself last - from your transformation to your teeth - you will eventually find yourself stuck, disappointed and resentful.

When we believe we are worth investing in and act accordingly, we grow. Our cup fills back up and eventually, it overflows, spilling and splashing goodness on the people around us.

Midlife Will Test Your Mettle

Why am I sharing such a humiliating story? Because it's instructive to all of you who want to make your lives matter, live your purpose, master something, change some unjust political structure, live on fire and on purpose. You have to know that it's going to cost you some sweat.
