Summer Hiatus is Ending.

There’s snow on the Bighorns and it’s time to come down.

I’ve learned so much from my hiatus this summer. Things like:

  • How to release my death grip on things I like to control.

  • How to stay emotionally regulated in the face of incredible uncertainty.

  • How to trust my gut when my mind is racing with fear.

  • How to not be so co-dependent.

  • How to meditate like I mean it.

  • How to push through resistance and just write the very best words I can.

  • Why rest is holy and how most of us are not getting enough because we’re afraid everything will collapse around us if we do.

Also, it’s made me realize that being with people I love and serving them from a place of humility and kindness is everything, but I can’t give away what I don’t have, so mindful cultivation of that stuff is crucial.

So we’re going to do all that starting September 29th when the Meaning of Midlife Academy fires up for its fall session. If you want to talk to us about where you’re stuck and how you can begin crafting a more purposeful life full of meaning and joy and rest and service to others too, book a free breakthrough session here.

Can’t wait to chat!
